I initially chose Fear Waddell for my bankruptcy case because of all the great reviews, so I feel it is my duty and a pleasure to leave one as well. At first, it was very difficult to choose because it seems there were a lot of good ones out there, but when you read all the great reviews left for Mr. Waddell, it just made sense. I feel very blessed that I chose Fear Waddell to represent myself and grateful to all that left all those reviews to help me make the choice I made. Mr. Waddell and his staff made you feel welcome right away and have your best interests is how I felt during my first meeting. I did not hesitate in making my payment at that very first meeting. I can honestly say, it is worth every penny and more. I expected the case to take 3 or 4 months. Mr. Waddell advised that I waited and waited and waited until it was the best time for my situation to meet the criteria to file, for my best chances to accomplish my goal of fully discharging my entire debt. What should have been a 3 or 4 month process ended up lasting an entire year. So really, the payment was all worth it. You will be working mostly with Kayla but Mr. Waddell is well informed the entire time until your case is ready to be filed. Any questions you do have are usually always responded to on the very same day. I am grateful to Mr. Waddell and his entire staff for giving me a fresh start. Bankruptcy isn't easy, so choosing the right attorney will make all the difference in the world. If you are going through this, it doesn't hurt to schedule a meeting with Fear Waddell Law Office, you won't regret you did, and God bless.

We received an appointment for a consultation regarding bankruptcy and how the process works. He explained to us about what we would need.
