Bio

Attorney Katie Waddell is licensed to practice in the federal court for the Eastern District of California and all California state courts. She received her JD, with honors, from the Oak Brook College of Law, and is an associate attorney at Fear Waddell, P.C., where she primarily works on complicated Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies and trustee representation.

Prior to her work at Fear Waddell, P.C. Katie was active in legal and political advocacy in Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Texas, and South Dakota. Katie is a member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association. Katie loves to travel, cook, and scrapbook (sometimes about her travel and cooking). She and her husband Gabe, a shareholder at Fear Waddell, P.C. live in the Madera Ranchos.
