Attorney Pete Sauer joined Fear Waddell, P.C. as an associate in 2016, bringing his wealth of litigation experience to the firm’s bankruptcy practice.
Pete is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of California. He is also admitted to the Northern District of California, the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California (federal), as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and US District Court for the District of Colorado. In addition, Pete has successfully represented clients with disabilities and facing financial hardship before the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review.
Pete obtained his juris doctor from Oak Brook College of Law, from which he graduated with honors in 2008. Peter has extensive legal experience on both coasts of the United States, and has honed his litigation skills working in the areas of real estate, estate planning, personal injury, disability, products liability, immigration, business and contract litigation, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. He has also worked with national and state-wide public advocacy organizations promoting parental freedom and medical choice.
Pete’s wife Kelly is fine art photographer and together they have three children. They enjoy traveling and learning how to live simply. They reside in Fresno County and home school their two eldest children. Pete enjoys participating in and teaching fencing.
